Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bat939. Registering or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.
You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bat939 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service. You must notify bat939 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
bat939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, and proof of residential address dated within the past three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. bat939 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access was not caused by a failure on bat939's part. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bat939 of a security breach.
bat939 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform content without bat939's prior written consent.
bat939 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the Platform. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or reasons beyond bat939's reasonable control. bat939 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability except to the extent required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform effectively. bat939 does not provide technical support for user hardware or third-party software.

bat939 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods including bank transfers, mobile wallet services and where available, cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. bat939 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Where deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the amounts displayed represent the PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate applied by bat939 at the time of the transaction. For accounts denominated in other currencies, currency conversion fees may apply.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bat939 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
💡 Note: bat939 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used to make at least one successful deposit on your Account. bat939 reserves the right to require that a minimum deposit activity threshold be met before the first withdrawal is processed.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. You may be required to provide copies of your Pakistani CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. bat939 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Typical processing windows are communicated within the withdrawal section of your Account. bat939 targets processing within standard business hours but cannot guarantee specific timelines where delays are caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day and per calendar month. These limits are displayed within your Account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. VIP or verified account holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to bat939's discretion.
bat939 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This may involve requesting bank statements or salary evidence to confirm the origin of deposited funds. This process is in place to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
All bonuses, free spin awards, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives offered by bat939 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement clearance. Contribution rates per game category are specified within each promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in bets not counting toward the wagering requirement.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit per spin or wager may apply. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any winnings generated under those circumstances being forfeited.
All bonuses carry an expiry date or a maximum redemption period from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not withdrawn within this period will be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry.
bat939 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, and exploitation of technical errors that result in unintended bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, bat939 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account concerned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat939 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any Balance held:

All content on the bat939 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall arrangement and presentation of content — is the intellectual property of bat939 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use Platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content without bat939's prior written consent.
The bat939 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bat939. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use bat939 trademarks, trade names or branding without prior written authorisation.
The bat939 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
bat939 is an information platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat939 shall not be liable for any gambling losses, financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any gambling activity accessible through or referenced by the Platform.
bat939 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure, bat939 will use reasonable efforts to resume normal services as promptly as practicable.
Where bat939's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, bat939's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon receiving a valid closure request, bat939 will process any eligible withdrawal of your real-money Balance subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
bat939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; engagement in Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe; Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve months; or receipt of a regulatory instruction to do so.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by bat939 — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All Bonus Funds and promotional credits are forfeited. Any real-money Balance remaining in a legitimately operated Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to applicable KYC and anti-fraud checks.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat939 is formally incorporated and licensed to operate, as stated in the Platform's licensing information. bat939 does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts by virtue of these Terms alone.
In the event of a dispute, bat939 encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of user concerns can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support team.
Where informal resolution is not achievable, formal disputes should be submitted in writing to the bat939 support email address. bat939 will acknowledge receipt within five business days and provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days of receiving a complete written complaint with all supporting documentation.
bat939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — bat939 will provide reasonable advance notice, either by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
